At Tiny Hands, Big Dreams CDC our teachers all have the same goal-providing the best care possible for every child in our care. We screen and interview candidates to be sure we have well rounded teachers and staff with experience or education in child development.
Our teachers attend ongoing training to promote a loving, positive, and fun environment for your children. All staff members are carefully selected, oriented, and trained in numerous workshops on the procedures and expectations of the Department of Health and Human Services and of our center.
Members of our primary staff are required to obtain Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification. All teachers will attend a Health & Safety Training course through the Department of Health & Human Services/Health Department to ensure every standard is met when caring for child(ren). Our directors and cook will obtain and keep a Food Handlers Permit up to date, as well as attend training to provide quality meal and snack options.
